Eugen has over 8 years experience in property management. His main responsibilities are client liaison, day to day property management activity and service delivery to a variety of international clients. Eugen prior joining Creighton & Associates was responsible for creating and developing the Property Management department at King Sturge Romania and Building Support Services Romania, working directly with important North American and European Clients as: Heitman, Europolis, WestHill, Morley Aviva, Valad, Bluehouse. He has had under direct management more than a million square metres of retail, office and logistic properties and coordonated a team of 6 Property Managers, 4 Financial controllers and auxiliary staff.
In Canada, working as a Property Manager for Arcturus Realty Corp, he was in charge of managing all facets of the daily operations of four shopping enclosed Malls totalling 500,000 square feet located in Chilliwack, 100 Mile House, Smithers and Terrace.
