Note: The building typically has no vacancy. 
Any advertised suites are available for the "first day of the next month."
Often, there are no suites available, especially after the 10th or 15th of each month.
It is best to call the building during the first few days of each month to make a viewing appointment for a suite or suites that will be available for occupancy "next" month

We do have one only furnished apartment available on a short term basis (rarely available).
We have very few 2 bedroom suites (rarely available).
